Happy Thanksgiving from The Meggie Sue!

Happy Thanksgiving to my American readers and subscribers! I hope everyone enjoys the extended holiday weekend whether with a big family dinner, shopping in town, or maybe a seasonally appropriate movie viewing. As you can see from the banner above, my favorite films set during Thanksgiving are John Hughes’ Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1987) and Woody Allen’s Hannah and Her Sisters (1986), both of which I like to revisit in November. You can’t go wrong with either if you’re looking for a wholesome, feel-good, family dramedy this week, if you ask me.
